Roatán, Honduras - November 16, 2024. In response to the telecommunications challenges caused by Tropical Storm Sara, Próspera, in collaboration with Vitalia, is strengthening its support for the Roatán community by expanding free internet access to additional key locations across the island.
In addition to the Cowork offices at Duna Tower, Próspera ZEDE-which will remain open all day to help residents stay connected with family, friends, and loved ones-we are pleased to announce the following additional free Wi-Fi access points:
· Skål Kaffe Bar and Restaurant: starting at 10:00 a.m.
· Sabeya's restaurant in Crawfish Rock: starting at 1:00 p.m.
· Other available locations will be announced via our social media channels.
All access points are powered by Starlink technology, ensuring fast and reliable internet connectivity during this critical time.
This initiative aims to provide practical and immediate solutions to those affected by the telecommunications outages, enabling them to stay connected during these challenging times.
