Important Update: Miami County, Kansas New Applicant Tracking System

Miami County, Kansas is excited to announce the launch of our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hosted by NeoGov, effective Tuesday, September 17, 2024. This transition marks the end of our year-long move from the CivicHR platform to NeoGov.

The NeoGov ATS will be used for all recruitment and hiring processes for county positions, streamlining the experience for both applicants and hiring managers.

Key Points:

• New Applicant Profiles Required: All applicants, including those who have applied to Miami County positions previously, will need to create a new profile on the NeoGov platform.
• Nationwide Job Platform: NeoGov integrates with governmentjobs.com, providing a broad stage for public sector job postings. Candidates who have an existing profile on GovJobs will find it easy to apply for positions with Miami County.
• Applications on File: Active applications for job openings received through the current ATS will be retained for consideration, applicants do not need to reapply through the new platform.
