ANNUAL UIPA LOGS DUE

With the end of FY 2024, it is time for all Hawaii State and county agencies to start a new UIPA Record Request Log for FY 2025. The Office of Information Practices (OIP) would like to remind agencies to close out their FY 2024 Log and start a new FY 2025 Log for record requests received from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.

Agencies can continue to complete and log requests received from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, on their FY 2024 Log until they submit their logs to the agency's Log Coordinator. This gives agencies extra time to complete requests received through June 30, 2024, and account for it on their FY 2024 Log. By July 31, 2024, however, agencies must submit to OIP, through their Log Coordinator, their FY 2024 UIPA Record Request Logs and FY 2024 Checklist.
