Scituate Barracks

At 8 :00 AM, Troopers arrested Issaias Gonnell Molina, age 20, of 123 Union Avenue, Providence, RI for 1) Bank Fraud, 2) Fraudulent Checks- Over $1,500, 3) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses, 4) Forgery and Counterfeiting, and 5) Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the subject being located. The subject was transported to Headquarters and later released by a Justice of the Peace with a future court date.

At 1 :31 AM, Troopers arrested Wesly Dupiton, age 57, of 48 8th Street, Norwich, Connecticut, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - .15 or Greater - First Offense (Phase I: .155%; Phase II: .156%. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295, in the Town of Smithfield. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
