Truist announces expansion of Truist Leadership Institute campus

Company to bring additional leadership development resources to teammates, clients, and community partners for an enhanced experience

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Sept.3, 2024-- Truist Financial Corporations (NYSE: TFC) announced

the expansion of the Truist Leadership Institute's footprint with the creation of the North building in Greensboro, North Carolina. The expanded campus now includes both the North and South buildings to meet the growing demand of Truist clients, teammates, and community partners across the Southeast to develop leaders, unite teams, and strengthen organizations to achieve exceptional results.

The institute provides development programs for leadership, team performance, change management, and employee engagement. Truist Leadership Institute's North building is Gold LEED certified with over 80,000 square feet and will house more than a dozen state-of-the-art learning spaces to allow leaders and teams to immerse themselves in uniquely designed leadership offerings, 60+ executive guest rooms, an on-site restaurant, and other amenities. Combined with the South building that opened in 2018, the Leadership Institute now encompasses 148,000 square feet with more than 25 learning spaces, 112 executive guest rooms, two fitness centers, and other amenities to create a unique experience for visitors.
