Establishing New Our Values for Mitsubishi Materials Group Guiding principles created together with all employees around the world

Mitsubishi Materials Corporation has established new Our Values to serve as the guiding principles for "For people, society and the earth, circulating resources for a sustainable future" as we strive to fulfill Our Commitment toward 2030.

Seven years have passed since the current Our Values were established, and our business environment has changed significantly since then. Under these circumstances, we have reviewed Our Values with the aim of building a new organizational culture that enhances our corporate value through the cumulative actions of all employees based on Our Values.
To formulate the new Our Values, employee opinions were gathered by asking employees to vote on proposals created by employees who volunteered. Approximately 16,000 people, or more than 80% of all employees worldwide, voted, and the new Our Values was decided based on the results after discussion between our Executive Officers.
