Dec. 3, 2024 - Cold night shelters will open tonight, Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024, at multiple locations across St. Pete. The Homeless Leadership Alliance has coordinated with local shelters to ensure that individuals in need have a warm and safe place to sleep. Shelters are activated when the National Weather Service expects a "feels like" temperature below 40 degrees.
Shelter guests are accepted until the shelter is full. Families with children are encouraged to call 2-1-1 for options.
Shelter space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
