Eat Fresh with the Southside Farmers Market

Market Returns on Thursday, August 29!

The Southside Farmers Market is again open for business, with dates scheduled through the end of 2024! Launched in 2018, the market offers a variety of fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables at affordable prices.

The market is open from 2-6 p.m. on designated Thursdays outside the City of Tallahassee's Walker-Ford Community Center, 2301 Pasco Street. The remaining 2024 market days are as follows:

  • September 12
  • September 26
  • October 10
  • October 24
  • November 7
  • November 21
  • December 5
  • December 19

To ensure fresh options are available to as many residents as possible, SNAP benefits and EBT cards are accepted at the market. Additionally, free health screenings, cooking demonstrations and more routinely take place at the market.
