Effective September 30, 2024, Christopher D. Bode will join Denny's Corporation (the "Company") as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Denny's, Inc.
Kelli F. Valade, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, who had also served as President of Denny's, Inc. from August 2023 through the hiring of Mr. Bode, will retain all other existing responsibilities.
