Wickford Barracks

At 10:56 pm Troopers arrested Elliott Nelson, age 49, of 46 Whitmarsh Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving with a Suspended License - Certain Violations - First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Mr. Nelson was transported to the State Police - Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace where he was presented as a bail violator - 46G, and then transported to the Adult Correctional Institute - Men's Intake Center.

At 2:36 am Troopers arrested Esmeldin Hernandez, age 51, of 66 Coyle Avenue, Apartment #3, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Ms. Hernandez was transported to the State Police - Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
