SCDOT to close Tugaloo Road Bridge in Greenville County

​Columbia, S.C.(July 31, 2024) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation has closed the bridge on Tugaloo Road over the Middle Tyger River in Greenville County to begin structural repairs.

Detour Information

Eastbound Traffic will be advised to the detour as follows:

Take Highway 414 (SC-414) towards Dill Road (S-23-115). At the intersection of Highway 414 (SC-414) and Dill Road (S-23-115), turn left onto Dill Road (S-23-115). Take Dill Road to Tugaloo Road (S-23-978).

Westbound Traffic will be advised to the detour as follows:

Take Tugaloo Road (S-23-115) east to the intersection of Dill Road (S-23-115), turn right onto Dill Road (S-23-115). At the intersection of Dill Road (S-23-115) and Highway 414 (SC-414) turn right onto Highway 414 (SC-414). This will bring motorists back to Tugaloo Road (S-23-115).
