Dechert Advises ArchiMed on the acquisition of FIM Medical

ArchiMed, a major international private equity player dedicated to the healthcare sector, has acquired FIM Medical, a market leader in occupational health medical devices. This acquisition is part of the deployment of its MED Rise fund.

ArchiMed was primarily advised by Vianney Toulouse and Yona Elfassi, members of Dechert's Corporate and M&A / Life Sciences team led by Alain Decombe. Intellectual Property partner Olivia Bernardeau-Paupe and Labor national partner Thibault Meiers, also participated in this transaction.
