The Court updated Local Form 4 (Rule 3007-Objection to Claim) and Local Form 10 (Rule 9007-Motion to Avoid Lien). Form 4 was updated to remove one of the objection bases, and to clarify that use of the form is solely for non-substantive objections. Form 10 now requires that a copy of the perfected lien must be attached. Effective
November 8, 2024, all Rule 3007-Objections to Claims and Rule 9007-Motions to Avoid Liens should be filed using the updated forms. Additionally, the template order for 9007-Motions to Approve Settlements was edited to remove language requiring Trustee and Bankruptcy Administrator review and consent.
