Shooting on Clarence Street

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Tuesday, July 2, 2024 12:13 pm

(Ottawa)- The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a shooting that occurred on July 2^nd in the 100 block of Clarence Street.

At approximately 12:50 am police responded to the sound of gunshots heard in the area.

On scene police located two people suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to the hospital. They remain in hospital; one victim is in life-threatening condition while the other is in serious but stable condition.

The investigation is on-going.
