Where/When:

• Christian County Route PP between Missouri Route 14 and Fairview Road in Sparta
• • 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday, July 29
• Christian County Route DD between Missouri Route 14 and Route T east of Sparta
• • 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 30
• Christian & Douglas County Route UU between Route T and end of state maintenance east of Sparta
• • 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 31

What: MoDOT crews to seal the road with a mixture of rock and oil. A seal coat is an economical way to maintain and preserve the roadway. The treatments keep a road from deteriorating and will extend its life.

Traffic Impacts:

• Lane Closures on Christian County Routes PP, DD & Christian County & Douglas County Route UU east of Sparta
• Drivers will encounter lane closures and flaggers directing traffic through the work zone where crews are working
• No signed detours, drivers are urged to find alternate routes
• Signs and message boards will alert drivers to work zone
• Check MoDOT's Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts

Weather and/or construction delays will alter the work schedule
