Notice of Electric Reliability Organization Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that the Railbelt Reliability Council (RRC) filed TE7-9001, seeking approval of a decrease to the annual surcharge reflecting its 2025 budget, filed with the surcharge. The annual surcharge funds the RRC's operations and is calculated by allocating its annual budget to the various member electric utilities based on net energy for load. The table below shows a comparison of the current and proposed surcharge for each member electric utility.

The RRC requested the proposed surcharge be approved an on interim and non-refundable basis, effective January 1, 2025.
