Pinnacle Financial Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Kirk McMillan, Jamie Rorrer and John Uttech to its growing health and benefits team. All three associates bring extensive experience in employee benefits, expanding Pinnacle's employer and broker partnerships and helping more people reduce taxable income and save for eligible health care expenses through health savings accounts (HSAs), flexible spending accounts (FSAs), health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) and related services.

McMillan, based in Charleston, SC, joins Pinnacle from HPB Insurance Group, where he specialized in designing comprehensive employee benefit plans. Rorrer, based in the Refinery office in Charlotte, NC, joins the firm from Flores and Associates, where he spent nearly two decades growing their benefits service offerings. Uttech, based in St. Louis Park in Minnesota, comes to Pinnacle from USI Insurance and has significant experience working with middle-market clients on benefit strategies. All three will serve clients nationwide, helping them maximize engagement and educate employees about their health and benefits accounts to enhance their employee satisfaction, financial wellness and savings for retirement.
McMillan holds a bachelor's degree from The Citadel and an MBA from Kennesaw State University, and he serves on The Citadel's Baker School of Business Advisory Board. Rorrer earned his bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University and has been deeply involved in his community, serving in leadership roles at his church and local schools. Uttech, a graduate of Metropolitan State University, brings a history of mentoring and leadership, having previously held positions at Associated Bank and The TLC Companies.
