North Cedar Heights Area Reconstruction Phase II

On August 19, 2024, the contractor, Dave Schmidt Construction, intends to start construction on North Cedar Heights Area Reconstruction - Phase II. The contractor will begin work on Woodland Drive. Activities that can be expected are traffic control set up, temporary mailboxes, mobilization of equipment and materials, clearing and grubbing, and setting up temporary watermain. Starting Monday, August 19, there may be road closures while the contractor installs the temporary watermain.

After the temporary watermain has been installed, the contractor will begin pavement removal for the next stage of Phase II - Woodland Drive of the North Cedar Heights Area Reconstruction project. A full road closure for Woodland Drive will be required. The road closure will be in effect for approximately 2-3 months, depending on the weather.
