At the FemMED Fall Meeting on September 10^th, female scientists in a small but intensive group took some time out to reflect on their future and what is important to them in their lives and careers during the coaching session "Looking back from the future".

The coaching session was very well received and provided some food for thought. As part of the FemMED network, further coaching workshops for female researchers in medicine are planned in order to strengthen the careers of women.
