Suspect Wanted For Carjacking

New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for armed robbery by carjacking.

Wanted is Keith Carter (pictured), Black male, DOB 11/19/1968.

All person are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

According to investigators, committed an armed robbery by carjacking on September 19, 2024 in the 1400 block of North Claiborne Avenue.
