After-School Mentorship Programs Return To Library

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ (October 9, 2024) - The New Brunswick Free Public Library, 60 Livingston Ave., again hosts Reading Buddies and RU Pilot Me, after-school programs run by Rutgers University students for elementary school students.

Reading Buddies takes place on Wednesdays through the fall. Rutgers students guide K-6 children in reading, arts and crafts, games, and other activities. Registration and additional information is available here.

RU Pilot Me is a community service-oriented program for children in Grades 1-6. In this mentoring program, children will have the opportunity to meet and work with students at Rutgers University after school on Fridays. Registration and additional information is available here.
