5.Cause of occurrence: On the evening of Oct.5, 2024, the Company's
subsidiary, ASAM INDUSTRIES INC., caught fire. The notified fire department
squad put out the fire swiftly with their all-out rescue and full support.
There were no casualties. As the Company's subsidiary has taken out fire
insurance, the fire incident will not have any significant impacts on the
subsidiary's financial performance, operations, or normal business
activities. The subsidiary has returned to normal operations rapidly.

Since ASAM INDUSTRIES INC. has taken out fire insurance, the insurance
company was notified to proceed the investigation immediately and
reimburse for the related expenses.
