For three ACEC Member Organizations, Election Day resulted in some very big ballot initiative wins supported by the Minuteman Fund.

• ACEC Arizona led the way with the approval of continued transportation funding for Maricopa County and continued infrastructure funding for Pinal County.
• ACEC Washington successfully fought off a referendum seeking to roll back infrastructure funding in the state.
• ACEC North Dakota achieved victory in its efforts to thwart a ballot measure to do away with the state's property tax and make up the shortfall by slashing hundreds of millions of dollars from the state's infrastructure budgets.
