Description: Accident Investigations: Learning to Understand, Understanding to Prevent. Asking "Why?" is a powerful learning tool that goes far beyond little ones driving their parents crazy. When bad things happen, our first question is to ask Why? In doing so, we are afforded the opportunity to learn the associated value should we choose to view it that way. The value of a story (i.e., Accident Investigation Report) is not in what happened...it's in what could happen. A Safety Experience will also be provided prior to the main topic.
