NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to § 10224.5 of the Elections Code of the State of California, relating to the General Municipal Election to be held in the City of Patterson on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, the following officers are to be elected:

One (1) Council Member Seat (District A) - Full Term of Four Years

One (1) Council Member Seat (District C) - Full Term of Four Years

One (1) Mayor Seat (At-Large) - Full Term of Two Years

As of August 5, 2024, I, Aracely Alegre, City Clerk Elections Official certify that I have furnished nomination papers to the eligible incumbents to all open offices except:

Council Member Seat (District A)

Nomination papers may be obtained at City Hall, 1 Plaza, Second Floor, City Clerk/Elections Official's Office, Patterson, CA 95363.

Completed nomination papers may be filed at City Hall, 1 Plaza, Second Floor, City Clerk/Elections Official's Office, Patterson, CA 95363 between July 15^th through August 9^th (in the event the current incumbent has not filed nomination documents, the nomination period shall be extended for anyone other than the incumbent to Wednesday, August 14, 2024) and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
