NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Avenal Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing regarding Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2024-01. CUP 2024-01 is a request to convert an existing garage into a dwelling unit on a parcel at 149 E Kings. The Assessor's Parcel Numbers of the is 040-176-008.

Said hearing will be held Monday, October 7^th, 2024, at 5:15 p.m., at the Avenal Theater, 233 E. Kings St., Avenal, CA 93204.

Anyone who may be interested in the proposed City Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances is invited to appear and present his/her comments, evidence or make statements of fact regarding said proposal.

Written comments will also be accepted during the public hearing.
