Downtown Midland Presents Holly Jolly Days December 6-8

November 15, 2024 - Get in the spirit of the holiday season and enjoy a festive shopping experience during the Midland Downtown Business Association's Holly Jolly Days December 6-8. Find special holiday shopping deals, view beautifully painted holiday window displays, cozy up by the outdoor fireplaces while enjoying a Commons beverage, and participate in family festivities.

Help kick off Holly Jolly Days at the annual Jingle Bell Fun Run/Walk on December 5 at 6:30 p.m. This fun, free 1-mile run or walk begins at the corner of Ashman and Main Streets in Downtown Midland. Participants will receive a jingle bell bracelet to wear during the event, while supplies. Furry friends and strollers are welcome - the more, the merrier! Complimentary horse-drawn carriage rides provided by Town's End Clydesdales & Carriage will be available Friday, December 6 from 5 - 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, December 7 - 8, from 12 - 4 p.m. Pick-up will be located in front of the H Hotel. Horse and carriage rides are sponsored by Brinstar Arcade Bar & Grill.

Join the Downtown Midland bars for the third annual Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl on Friday, December 6 starting at 7 p.m. Visit participating businesses and purchase specialty beverages while wearing the ugliest Christmas gear. The event is free to attend and participants must be 21+ to consume and purchase alcohol. Event details can be found at downtownmidland.com.

Holly Jolly Day's participating businesses will feature new merchandise, interesting holiday items, special services, new menu features, and more to get shoppers in the holiday spirit. Gift-givers can make the holidays extra special with items from Downtown Midland.

Participating Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl locations include Blu Midland, Brinstar Arcade Bar & Grill, Grape Beginnings Winery, Molasses Smokehouse & Bar, Three Bridges Distillery & Taproom, and WhichCraft Taproom. Serendipity Road will have extended business hours for this event.
