Broome County - The Town of Conklin Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Solar Energy Systems Local Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of Local Law No. 2 of 2024 Local Law Amending Chapter 140 of the Town Code Entitled "Zoning" and adding a New Chapter 138 Entitled "Solar Energy Systems". The project is located throughout the Town of Conklin, New York.
