DERRY, N.H. - The owner of a Rockingham County automotive dealership was arrested and is facing two criminal charges.

Earlier today, August 8, 2024, members of the Troop G Investigations Unit arrested Matthew Lefebvre, 33, of Lowell, Massachusetts. Investigators discovered that Lefebvre, the owner of Only Dealz, LLC in Derry, submitted a fraudulent lease agreement to the Division of Motor Vehicles and failed to obtain a surety bond for each community in which the dealer had a place of business.

Lefebvre was arrested on a warrant without incident and is charged with one count of Tampering with Public Records and one count of Bond Required, both misdemeanor offenses.

Lefebvre is scheduled to be arraigned in Concord District Court on September 27, 2024, at 8:15 a.m.
