Wickford Barracks

ARREST: 24RIK2-454-AR LOCATION: WARWICK

At 1:08 AM, Troopers arrested Erol Fikri, age 40, of 303 Wild Goose Road Apartment 202, Riverside, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs 1st Offense - B.A.C. Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Fikri was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released to the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.
