CFTC to Hold a Commission Open Meeting December 18

WASHINGTON, D.C.- Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Rostin Behnam today announced the Commission will hold an open meeting Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (ET) at the CFTC's Washington, D.C. headquarters. Members of the public can attend the meeting in person, listen by phone, or view a live stream at CFTC.gov.

The Commission will consider the following:

• Final Rule: Real-Time Public Reporting Requirements and Swap Data Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements
  
• Final Rule: Regulations to Address Margin Adequacy and to Account for the Treatment of Separate Accounts by Futures Commission Merchants
