UNIEURO AWARDS DIPLOMAS TO FUTURE STORE MANAGERS

12 days of training and 30 students involved: the numbers of the Unieuro Academy demonstrate the success of the project, now in its 15th edition

On Friday, October 18th, a ceremony was held at the prestigious Palazzo Hercolani in Forlì, the headquarters of Unieuro, Italy's leading distributor of consumer electronics and household appliances, to award diplomas to the Academy's aspiring Store Managers.

This was an emotional moment for the 30 participants, coming from various stores across the country, who received their certificates directly from Unieuro's CEO, Giancarlo Nicosanti Monterastelli, alongside Luigi Fusco, Chief Operations Officer, in the presence of Network Directors, Stefano Appolloni and Rosario Gambardella.

The Academy for aspiring Store Managers was established in 2009 with the aim of training future store managers and confirms Unieuro's strong commitment to training, a strategic lever essential for attracting talent, developing their potential, and supporting their professional growth.

During the 12 days of classroom training, divided into three weeks, the students had the opportunity to enhance the key skills required for the role of Store Manager, delving into fundamental topics such as personnel management, store organization, marketing strategy, and product offer optimization.

The training content is constantly evolving, with the aim of delving into topics that are essential for Store Managers and ensuring they are up-to-date with the sector's needs. This year, new modules were introduced to address the current challenges of the market: Project & Transformation and ICT.

The Academy days were structured to alternate between classroom activities and in-store experiences, allowing for the immediate application of the knowledge acquired and promoting effective learning. The company thus confirms its commitment to professional growth and the development of future leaders.

"Investing in the training and development of our people is a strategic choice for us, fundamental for cultivating the talent of our people, consolidating a strong and shared corporate identity, and supporting their professional evolution. We are proud to renew our commitment to the Academy for Aspiring Store Managers every year, because we believe that the growth of our employees is the key to consolidating our leadership. With the conclusion of this 15th edition, we look back with pride at the results achieved and forward to the future with enthusiasm. This training and development path, year after year, allows us to invest in our talents and build an ever stronger and more competitive company."
