Incident Reported in Bottineau County
BISMARCK, N.D. - The North Dakota Oil and Gas Division was notified of a tank overflow occurring Saturday, November 30 at the Stratton C CTB well, about miles 6.6miles NW of Maxbass, North Dakota.
SCOUT ENERGY MANAGEMENT LLC reported Saturday that 200 barrels of crude oil and 80 barrels of produced water were released on location. At the time of reporting 100 barrels of crude oil and 60 barrels of produced water had been recovered.
A North Dakota Oil and Gas inspector has been to location and will monitor the investigation and remediation.
