2024 High 5 Awards

Celebrating what makes our company so great - our people! At our recent High 5 Awards, we recognized those who champion our values, deliver results and set the highest standard for performance.

What are the High 5 Awards?

The High 5 Awards align to our Strategic Pillars. We invite employees to nominate individuals or teams whom they feel best represent the spirit of the award.

This year, we received more than 110 nominations for individuals and teams. Honorees were selected by Campbell's Leadership Team.

A tradition for recognition

We have a long history of recognizing our people. Our first employee recognition event, Our Proud Performance Awards, was in 1967, and recognized teams and individuals for outstanding achievements in support of the "Campbell's Way."

The Dorrance Award, our highest business achievement and named after the inventor of condensed soup, was first presented in 1994 to the best performing team of the year.
