SCDOT to Close Whippoorwill Drive at US 378 in Lexington County

Columbia, S.C.(July 23, 2024) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will detour Whippoorwill Drive at US 378 beginning Monday, July 29 in Lexington County.

This detour is a part of a pavement repair project, and will include drainage system improvements and resurfacing. The work is expected to be completed in August. Drivers are encouraged to stay alert and practice caution while traveling through a work zone.
