City Equipment auctions on GovDeals

The City of Southfield is excited to announce auctions for surplus equipment on GovDeals! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals, businesses, and organizations to acquire a variety of items at competitive prices.

All purchases must be paid in full prior to pick-up. If you are the winning bidder, you can make a payment directly on GovDeals by referring to the My Bids section of your account. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure. Any invoice of $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
