Case in Point: CompTIA Mentorship Program

This program was created during a member-led breakout session at ChannelCon 2023. When asking the group what helped them grow in their careers the consensus was a mentor. This feedback led to the CompTIA Community Mentorship program.

The program is designed to connect individuals who are pursuing or working in the IT industry with experienced professionals for guidance, support and professional development. The program is part of the CompTIA Community's broader effort to foster growth in the tech community by providing resources and support for career advancements.
