Today is the day! We're off to great places, we're off and away! The Ohio State University Marching Band journeyed into Dr. Seuss' "Oh, the Places You'll Go" during halftime of the Buckeyes' game against the University of Iowa.
TBDBITL played "Overture Carnival," "Danzon No. 2," "Infernal Dance from The Firebird," "Nimrod from Enigma Variations" and "Finale from Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 5" while creating formations that come from illustrations in the book, including a person in a hot air balloon and a firebird.
Saturday's i-dotter was Sam George, a music education and jazz studies major from Worthington, Ohio.
