Palm Beach County is thrilled to announce the opening of Prosperity Village Cottage Homes, a new community dedicated to providing transitional housing for families on the path to self-sustainability and homeownership. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on Oct. 30, 2024, at 4531 Clemens Street, Lake Worth, 33463, at 2 p.m.
Join the Community Services Department to celebrate this milestone and the bright future it represents for the community. Working together helps to support families as they take important steps towards achieving their dreams.
Prosperity Village consists of 17 detached single-family homes and a clubhouse building on two adjacent parcels in unincorporated Palm Beach County. The mix of units encompasses six one-story, 980-square-foot cottages with one unit fully ADA compliant, six one-story 1,100-square-foot cottages, five two-story 1,200-square-foot cottages and a 1,200-square-foot community center. This is a joint project between the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners and the West Palm Beach Housing Authority. Support will be provided through the Palm Beach County Community Services Department.
