Spotlight News: Pioneer’s Grand Carnival scales new heights

"The event, conducted by the Pioneer Charitable Foundation, offered games, activities, food, and fun for the entire family. Now in its fifth year, the Grand Carnival has collectively raised more than $175,000 to assist nonprofit organizations that support the health and welfare of local children, in line with the foundation's mission of 'Helping Kids be Kids.'"
