Willkie Announces Addition of Louis-François Guéret as Partner in Paris

Paris, September 12, 2024 -- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced the addition in Paris of Louis-François Guéret as a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services department.

Louis-François' practice focuses on M&A transactions for listed companies, including public offerings, delisting, capital markets transactions and investments in listed and unlisted companies. He has established experience in stock market regulation, corporate governance and reorganization of corporate groups. Louis-François also practices in the field of corporate and securities litigation, before national courts and the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers). He has been involved in a number of major mergers and acquisitions in the French market in recent years.

Louis-François is a member of the Commercial and Economic Law Commission of the Paris Bar, where he is in charge of the listed companies practice. In this capacity, he is a regular speaker at conferences organized by the Commission.
