Nant Capital, LLC investment in Directa Plus plc

Fried Frank acted as counsel to Nant Capital, LLC in connection with an equity investment in Directa Plus plc (a leading producer and supplier of graphene nanoplatelets based products for use in consumer and industrial markets admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange). The transaction was effected by way of a Rule 9 Waiver to the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. As a result of the transaction, Nant Capital, LLC became a 39.45% equityholder in Directa Plus plc.
