Joan Bowen, a Lebanon County native, brings over 30 years of marketing experience and a deep connection to her community. After spending much of her career working for large corporations out of state, Joan returned to Pennsylvania four years ago, drawn to the area's beautiful landscapes, small-town charm, and vibrant community. With herbackground in business and a personal passion for making a positive impact, Joan was inspired to join the Caring Transitions family.

Joan will lead the business with the help of her niece Lydia, nephew ZachEberly, and Zach's wife Nicole. Together, they aim to provide a seamless and thoughtful approach to helping families navigate the complexities of downsizing, relocating, and liquidating estates. "Having gone through a difficult personal transition myself, I know how overwhelming it can be. My family helped me downsize, and now we're ready to use that experience to help others in our community with empathy, organization, and care," Joan shared.
