Meet Ivana Priputenova at Incap Slovakia

Let us introduce you to a valued member of our team at Incap Slovakia: Ivana Priputenova, our dedicated Account Manager. Here's more about her background and journey to Incap.

Although Ivana's degree is in forest engineering, her career path took a different turn. After graduating, she began working at Dell in Bratislava, where her fluency in German opened up many opportunities. Recognising the importance of English for her professional development, Ivana made a bold decision to travel abroad to improve her language skills. What was meant to be a one-year adventure turned into five, with four of those years spent as a flight attendant in Kuwait and the Emirates. Despite the excitement of international life, Ivana always knew she wanted to return to Slovakia-for the love of her homeland, her future husband, and the culture that shaped her.

Upon returning home, Ivana sought opportunities in Námestovo. Her proficiency in German secured her a role at HERN, where she gained valuable experience as an account manager. In February 2018, her career brought her to Incap Slovakia, where she has since become an essential part of the team.

At Incap, Ivana's main responsibilities include daily communication with customers, processing orders and documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries. What she enjoys most is the continuous improvement of her English skills, something she values deeply, even though electronics is far from her original field of study.

Outside of work, Ivana has a deep appreciation for Slovakia's beautiful nature. She enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, and exploring the country's scenic landscapes. Ivana's heart is also with animals-she has been volunteering at a nearby dog shelter for the past eight years, helping abandoned dogs and cats. "It's heartbreaking to see animals suffer, but we do what we can to give them a second chance," she says. Ivana's dedication to helping others, both at work and in her community, reflects her warm and caring nature.
