DNC Statement on Veterans Day Arrow

In honor of Veterans Day, DNC Chair Jaime Harrison and DNC Veterans and Military Families Council Chairs Terron Sims, II and Sue Hoppin released the following statement:

"Today and every day, we honor the courageous veterans who have served and sacrificed on behalf of our nation. Our service members have bravely stood on the front lines - risking their lives for our safety and security. We are eternally grateful for our veterans and will continue to support them, look after their families, and give back to their caregivers.

"President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Democrats nationwide are dedicated to uplifting our veterans and protecting their health care, rights, and benefits. From ushering in the historic PACT Act - which enacted the most significant expansion of benefits and services for veterans in more than 30 years - to delivering an unprecedented $187 billion in earned benefits through the Department of Veterans Affairs this year, the Biden-Harris administration has delivered for our veterans and their families.
