BANK ACTIVITY

On October 17, 2024, the Commissioner approved the application of Liberty Bank (Middletown, CT) to establish a controlling interest in an LLC pursuant to section 36a-276(d) of the Connecticut General Statutes.

NEW BANK ACTIVITY

On October 18, 2024, Fnality International Limited filed an application to organize Fnality Bank US, with a main office to be located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, as an innovation bank pursuant to Section 36a-70 of the Connecticut General Statutes. The public portion of the application is available for inspection at the Department of Banking.

CREDIT UNION ACTIVITY

Field of Membership Amendment

On October 18, 2024 the Commissioner approved the application of Holyoke Credit Union to amend its bylaws pursuant to Section 36a-437a(h)(3) of the Connecticut General Statutes to expand its field of membership to include members of Hartford County.
