UC Davis Health named one of 'America’s Dream Employers'

UC Davis Health is one of "America's Dream Employers" according to Forbes.

The America's Dream Employers 2025 award is based on in-depth feedback from employees, assessing areas like career growth, work-life balance, diversity and workplace culture.

"This recognition underscores UC Davis Health's commitment to fostering an inspiring and supportive workplace - focused on employee well-being, growth and inclusivity," said Amy Murphy, executive director of Health Human Resources at UC Davis Health. "We believe that our employees make us the best place to work, and this recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team, including our staff, leadership and union partners."

America's Dream Employers 2025 was determined through a rigorous survey of both college students and employees, gathering more than 266,000 data points to identify the best employers.
