Notice of Traffic Signal Shut Downs October 21 22

Please be advised that the City of Burbank has contracted with International Line Builders (ILB) for the Glenoaks Blvd. and First St. Signal Improvement Project. During this phase of the construction, ILB will be conducting electrical work, switching signal wiring, and installing signal poles at the intersections listed below beginning October 21, 2024 through October 22, 2024, between the hours of 8:30AM - 3:30PM. The traffic signals at these intersections will be shut down, and the signal indications will be dark. Traffic will operate as an All-Way Stop at each intersection.

To ensure safety, the contractor will place STOP signs and other temporary traffic control measures at the affected intersections.

Schedule of Signal Shut-Downs:

1. First/Orange Grove - Monday 10/21
2. Glenoaks/Angeleno - Tuesday 10/22
3. Glenoaks/Verdugo - Tuesday 10/22

Please plan accordingly and allow for extra travel time. The City appreciates your patience and understanding as we work to improve our infrastructure.
