Kelly joins CBS's 'Face The Nation' to discuss Task Force investigation

WASHINGTON, D.C. - On Sunday, Task Force on the Attempted Assassination of Donald J. Trump Chairman Mike Kelly (R-Pa.) and Ranking Member Jason Crow (D-Colo.) joined CBS's Face The Nation to discuss the Task Force's investigation ahead of the release of its upcoming final report this week.

Since the Task Force began its investigation into the attempted assassination of the President-elect on July 13 in Butler, Pennsylvania, the Task Force has reviewed more than 20,000 pages of documents, conducted 46 transcribed interviews with local, state, and federal agencies, and held a dozen briefings.

Further, the Task Force held two public hearings, one in September with local law enforcement who responded to the July 13 Butler rally and a second hearing on Dec. 5 with U.S. Secret Service Acting Director Ronald Rowe.
