4.Reason for the change:The cash dividend has been decided to be paid on
2024/07/25. If the work suspension occurs due to the typhoon "Gaemi", the
remittance of cash dividends by financial institutions may not be on time
and will probably be postponed to the next business day(2024/07/26).
